The kit
Passive: Hawk Eye
Hawk Eye highlights the lowest-health enemy in your line of sight through walls. The highlight is yellow and is visible to your whole team. 4- second cooldown.
Hawk Eye is the most-powerful Recon passive since Seer's Heart Seeker. The highlight gives your team constant information about the weakest enemy, which is the most-actionable info in a 3v3 fight.
The cooldown is short (4 seconds), so the highlight is essentially permanent in any team fight. The 4s cooldown prevents the passive from being "always on" but doesn't prevent effective use.
Tactical: Echo Pulse
Echo Pulse sends a sonar wave in a forward cone that reveals all enemies hit for 6 seconds. The wave has a 30m range and a 90° cone.
Echo Pulse is the highest-range tactical in the game. It's longer- range than Bloodhound's Eye of the Allfather (20m) and Crypto's Drone (15m effective range).
The 6-second reveal is the same as Seer's Tactical, but the cone is wider (90° vs Seer's narrow line). The wider cone means easier team-fight use but the shorter range means you have to push to use it.
Ultimate: Sky Net
Sky Net deploys 3 flying drones that scan a large area, revealing all enemy positions for 15 seconds. The drones are invulnerable and can be destroyed by the enemy team, but they respawn after 3 seconds (so the team can destroy 2 of 3 and still be scanned by the 3rd).
Sky Net is the most-powerful Recon ultimate in the game. It's the same duration as Bloodhound's Beast of the Hunt (15s) but covers a larger area and reveals more enemies.
