S tier
Axle (Assault, ~31% Pred pick)
Axle is the fastest legend in the game and Season 29's new addition. The midseason patch nerfed his Nitro Gate and HP, but he still leads the Pred pick rate at ~30-31%.
Why he's still S-tier:

- Kickstart passive is still the
best movement ability in the game

Valkyrie (Skirmisher, highest ALS Pred
WR ~50.5%)
Valkyrie's VTOL Jets are the best rotation tool in the game now that Tridents are removed from Olympus and Storm Point. The midseason patch removed her faster skydive-landing but she's still S-tier.

Conduit (Support, Deathbox Respawns
shield regen)
Conduit's Deathbox Respawns keep supports valuable even after her regen nerf (27s → 30s cooldown). She's the default support pick at Master+.
Conduit synergizes with aggressive comps that need sustained fights — her shield regen lets Assault legends take more risks.
Octane (Skirmisher, top ALS Pred pick)
Octane's Chain Healing + Stim pads make him the best solo-queue Skirmisher. He's a top-6 ALS Pred pick and the "default" Skirmisher for players who don't main Valkyrie.
