1. Yangyang SP (first SP Resonator)
The first-ever SP (Special) variant of an existing Resonator. Yangyang SP is a 5-star Spectro character with a completely new kit — not just a stat-swap. Her signature weapon is a 5-star sword with a unique passive that buffs all party members. SP variants are the new "alternate skin" tier for WuWa, similar to how Honkai Star Rail does alternate versions.
2. New region: Huanglong City proper
The Huanglong area has been a hub zone since launch but the new patch unlocks the "Lower City" — a vertical district with 4 new world bosses, 2 new domains, and 30+ new side quests. The new exploration area is the most-detailed Kuro has shipped, with full day/night cycles affecting NPC schedules.
3. Anniversary rewards
For the 2nd anniversary, every player gets:
- 30 free pulls (10 from mail, 20 from anniversary
login bonus)
- 1 free 5-star selector (pick from 8 standard 5-stars)
- 1 free Yangyang SP selector
- 5 Sanctum tickets
- 1 anniversary cosmetic outfit

4. Echo system rework
The Echo system (WuWa's artifact equivalent) gets a major rework:
